This Returns & Refund Policy describes how ArtandDesigns.in (the "Site" or "we") handles returns or processes refunds.
Return and Exchange
- We accept returns only if the product is found in damaged condition on arrival.

- Damaged caused by customers handling the products incorrectly will not be considered for returns.
- If the product is damaged we expect the pics of damaged products to be Emailed or on WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery for our team to analyze and make a decision.
Cancellation Policy
- Once we start processing the order, we will not be able to cancel it. So please call us to check the order status inorder to cancel the order.
